For Tenants
Everything you need to know about renting through Cocco Property.
Contact us through this site or call 0402 889 188. We'll arrange an inspection, after which you can submit a 2Apply or 1Form application with supporting documents including ID, references, and proof of income.
Typically: 100 points of ID (passport, driver's licence), three months' bank statements or payslips, two references (previous landlord or employer), and your rental history if applicable.
In Queensland, the maximum bond is four weeks' rent for most residential properties. The bond is lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) and held until the end of your tenancy.
Minor modifications (picture hooks, furniture anchoring) are generally permitted under Queensland tenancy law. Structural changes require written approval from the property owner. Speak with our team before making any alterations.
Email rental@coccoproperty.com or call 0402 889 188 during business hours. For urgent after-hours issues (water leak, no power), we have an emergency contact process outlined in your tenancy agreement.
Notice periods in Queensland are typically two weeks for periodic agreements or the notice period specified in your lease. A Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13) should be submitted in writing to our office.
Contact us to arrange an inspection. We'll guide you through the application process from there.
